How to book a Service Provider |
 |

Buying services on eplap.com is simple!
Step 1: Find the provider that's right for you
|

Click on “Search” in the menu to go to the map.
|
If your location is not in the map view, enter your city name in the “City” above the map. |
On the right, click on the service you're looking for and, in a few seconds, you'll see points appear on the map. If no points appear, try zooming out on the map to cover a larger area. |
|
Points with numbers inside them represent multiple providers. Too many points? You can zoom in or use the filter panel to the right. Click on any point to get a photo and summary of the service.
|
If you prefer a more conventional search and list view, click on the “List View” tab.
|
Clicking on “details...” or the photo of the service summary will take you to the detailed profile page of that service.

| Step 2: Choose your dates/times |
| Once you've decided on a provider, go to their profile and simply select dates and times by clicking on their calendar. Dates and times when the provider is unavailable won't be selectable. |
Your current selections (bookings) will appear to the right of the
calendar. If you make a mistake or change your mind, simply click the “X” beside the booking to remove it.

| Step 3: Pay |
After selecting your desired dates and times, click the “Book”button.
| You'll be taken to the confirmation page. Double-check your dates, times, and price and click “Continue”.

If you haven't yet logged in, you'll be prompted to do so now. Not yet registered? No problem! It'll walk you through that process too. Once logged in, you'll be guided through our secure payment pages.
Enter your credit card information when prompted and, if your card supports it, enter the appropriate password on your bank's authorization page when redirected to it. That's it!
The service provider will be contacted immediately with your request (by email and/or sms, depending on the provider's contact settings). |
| Step 4: Wait for confirmation |
| What we actually did in the previous step was make an authorization-only on your credit card. This type of transaction only /reserves/ payment on your card and requires a second step (usually referred to as the “capture”) before the payment will actually be taken (debited) from your bank (and your available balance). This is as good as a payment, but only if the second step is taken. We'll take this second step only once we receive confirmation from the service provider. |
| The service provider has up to 48 hours to respond to your request or up to 12 hours prior to your proposed booking, whichever comes sooner. After that time, your booking will automatically be canceled. The service provider may “accept” or “decline” your booking. In the unlikely event that the provider chooses to “decline” your proposed booking, your account will not be debited. You may also cancel your booking at any time prior to receiving confirmation from the service provider and your account will not be debited. |
While most providers will respond quickly, not all providers are created equally. After each expired booking request, we'll attempt to contact the service provider. If we cannot make contact or the service provider cannot reassure us that the situation won't repeat itself, we'll remove the provider from the directory. After 3 expired booking requests, we'll remove the provider, regardless. Upon “accept”ance by the service provider, your payment will be processed and the provider's normal cancellation rules (see the service profile) will apply. |
| Step 5: Consume, Receive, Enjoy Service |
| Whether your service provider comes to you or you go to your provider, please take a few moments to consider the service, the provider, and the eplap.com booking process. If you enjoyed it, spread the word! |
| Step 6: Leave Feedback (or even a review) |
Perhaps the most important part of the eplap.com model is the feedback element. With it, others can benefit from bona fide ratings of real customers of the provider. We'll send you an email after your booking to remind you. You won't have to type a thing. Just click a scale on a few different dimensions.
